Organic Compost and Growing mediums
Over the past few years Cedar Croft Nurseries has been working very closely with TT Compost Ltd (who are located less than a half a mile down the road) to refine and develop and produce the best possible compost products within their portfolio. And we are now proud to announce we have been awarded the title of “Premier Compost Outlet”
.Compost Products from TT Compost are of the highest quality. The process of production is fine tuned to ensure every batch of compost is of the best possible quality. This is ensured by following the PAS 100 compost production guidelines which ensures the quality of composted materials among end users. This helps us to produce a constantly reliable and high performance product range.
We are now stocking a large range of composts available in 50 litre bags, and dumpy sacks for almost all applications. We also use at least 50% TT Compost products as growing and potting mediums for all plants grown at the nursery. Bio Prepare
Bio Prepare is the coursest grade of compost available in the range screened to 25mm. It can be used as a mulch or dug into the soil for improving soil structure and improving the long term fertility. This product contains woody pieces up to 25mm which are broken down over longer periods.
Bio Dress
Bio Dress is used for reinvigorating tired turf. It combines a specially produced sport sand and 4mm compost. Bio sow has Natural disease suppressant qualities ,aids good root formation and improves microbial content within the soil
Bio Grow
Bio Grow is a multi purpose soil conditioner screened to 10mm. It is perfect for most applications. It can also be used for soil improvement, top dressing, mulching and turf laying.Bio Grow will improve soil structure and produce strong healthy plants with good yeilds.
Bio Pot
Bio pot is refined to 4mm and in a class of its own, used for transplanting, growing or mature plants. Bio Pot is used by nurseries, professional and amateur gardeners with rewarding results.
Bio Sow
Bio Sow is refined to 4mm and in a class of its own. It has nothing added to it and presents its self ready to cultivate your small seeds. Bio sow is also used as a top dressing for lawns, capables of transforming your lawn to a lush green colour with a good thick sward.
Bio Protect
Bio Protect is a high quality mulch manufactured by TT Compost. This product is great for digging into the ground and mulching shrubs and flower beds to protect from the cold and heat.
